The warm welcome from the hosts, along with the super clean room and comfortable bedding. The breakfast was good, particularly with the option to enjoy it while watching the wildlife outside. We did notice an unusual smell in the room that persisted throughout our visit, which detracted slightly from the experience.

As for me location is great and stunning, just next door to Highlands, Fort Augustus, and the local restaurant. This hotel offers spacious and bright rooms with stunning view, own shower, for example. The staff is amiable and great, as well as host.
Don’t have any issues at all.

Good breakfast with locally sourced ingredients.
The shower pressure was disappointingly low. There was a faint but persistent odor in the room that detracted from the overall experience, even after airing it out. Lastly, the thin walls made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests.

Warm welcome from Lindsey and Amanda. The curated breakfast selection impressed me, especially the veggie haggis. The room was superb with comfy beds, a tv, and fresh fruit and a wee dram of whisky. I did notice an unusual smell in the room that persisted throughout my stay, a bit distracting. I found the shower pressure to be disappointingly low. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful garden views and abundance of local wildlife created a good atmosphere. I would definitely return for the hospitality and charming setting.

Charming atmosphere with adorable pets around and a gorgeous garden to relax in. The breakfast spread was huge and catered even to special diets. Just a short stroll to local dining options in a serene spot near the loch.
The shower could use a bit more pressure for a proper rinse.
